No you wrote the contract may have expired but the payments have not. So the op is not legally obligated to do anything if the contract expired....that's why there is a contract.

To the OP, find yourself a good lawyer to make CRST go away or pay them what you owe them. Try and negotiate with them to bring the price down on what you owe them since it's been so long. Good luck!Cledus Snow and pattyj Thank this. -

My first post states the restrictive clause that is in the contract word for word meaning that regardless of employment status 8 months from contract signing it is voided.

But either way, you still must pay in order for them to relase your information to any employer, unless you are willing to wait for 3 years to pass since you left them. -

Guess I'll have to black out sensitive information and upload it but I have read this contract over and over again page for page. They also changed things in the contract since I left when my liecence was revoked.
