    7CZ flash with some tweaks would easly go 725hp. I'm sure Kurt could easily get that out of it. I know it will on a C16 for sure, have seen the dyno on a buddies truck with 7CZ flash. I don't know how much more hp and torque the C16 would make over the C15 using the same hard parts and flash besides rotating assembly, would be intersting to know. Maybe Kurts compared something similar in the past and will have a input.
