My wife and I graduated from CDL school yesterday and will be on the Greyhound Saturday, heading to Joplin. We were told we would have a week of orientation, then if all goes well, we will head out with our finishers for 10,000 miles of training.
As a team, we are hoping to make a decent living out here on the road, and Conway seems like a decent company to start out with.
Thanks to this forum, we feel we made the right decision.
Conway here we come

Like to hear back on the exp. Good luck, and I'd consider myself fortunate to have that company as the 1st in my resume

You're doing it right! The only way to really make money as a team is to be a couple. Otherwise it's competition for the hours and splitting everything. Good luck, I know a lot of happy Conway drivers.

I didn't think Conway hired rookies, do they? I looked on their site and they seem to want experience, at least 3 to 6 months.

A couple I graduated with ended up going with Conway. I ran into them two years later and they were still with them. They were very happy.
