According to a friend of mine, they sent a qualcomm message saying that the company was reviewing pay packages and benefits and that we should hear from them no later than august 31st. Is this true? I was at home that week so i didnt get it.

Anybody know about this? I guess it was about time they tried to fix the gigantic turnover rate.

Currently pay rates are .30 to start, .36 at the end of your first year and top pay at .41 per mile for 2 million milers.

Well, just because they review the pay package does not mean a raise. Could be telling you they will offer less money. Hope not, but you never know.

The announcement is true. They are evaluating. We'll see if they go north or south.

Not holding my breath, top pay should go up as well as city pay like NYC for del. in Montreal and Toronto Since traffic is WAY worse there then NYC

When I was coming out of school, CFI was one of the better paying companies that would hire students. Now ConWay is just a little better then average in the pay arena. They need to raise their pay I do believe. Of course when you turn into more of a training company pay tends to go down. Keeping my fingers crossed, and I think they will do the right thing.

I like your prediction Paul. 5 cents would be nice. County....I dont even consider a half cent a raise of any kind. Or they could just pay us minimum wage for all work done not behind the wheel plus our mileage pay and I would be happy.
