I used to work there no issues, no complaints. If you want another good run make sure your empty by 0700 CT, run hard, deliver early, and you'll make a livable wage.

I worked at CWTL for almost 3 yrs. They weren't a bad outfit. Now, granted some people in the big building in Joplin try to talk down to drivers. They still ran me well and I got paid decent.

Am a new driver at Conway Truckload and so far so good. They treat their drivers with respect. Good communication on phone and QC. They ask you to shut down if you feel unsafe. Newer equipment and any mechanical issues are addressed accordingly. I would recommend to a new driver. Its a nice company compared to other company's reviews i have read on this forum. Thanks
