Conway Truckload isn't a bad company at all. The truth is they treat you nicely on the phone. If you are driver that doesn't mind staying out for at least a month at a time or more. Look no further than CNTL. If you like to be home more often, and have little children, then it wouldn't workout for you. Their pay is decent, I wouldn't say it is great, but they are honest about paying you. Every dime you are entitled too they will see you get it. The health insurance could be better. Your first year of health coverage isn't the greatest, because they look at longevity in a driver. You are better off going with your own health insurance. Don't let them talk you into buying a truck through pathway leasing. The rate per mile for O/O isn't great at all. Anything less than $2.50- $3.00 per mile will be considered as cutting your own throat.
