Conway ltl raise?

    Thinkin about changing companies and goin to conway ltl, but last time I checked, they was paying a good bit lower for local drivers. I heard they gave raises in april. that true?

    yes most terminals with a higher cost of living got 4%, some got 2%.average starting wage should be mid 19's

    Yeah every terminal got one. It was at least 2% some were 4% like CenturyClass said. Most of the 4% were down south and out west where they really were underpaid. I got 2% here in the Northeast.

    #### man, i figured all you ccx guys in that area would have gotten 4. At least you guys should be close to fxf now yea?

    No we got 2 here but we are pretty close to FXF. Not sure if any old CCX terminals got 4. Maybe some of the tri-state but in the Philly area they were all 2.

    thats because plattsburgh is in BFE..lol or maybe they consider it canada. But come on, gas and food is the same everywhere..I guess gas must be cheaper up there.

    It never made sense to me that a driver in the WVa made more than one in Miami or SoCal. I really was glad to see they got a good bump as did Texas and NC.

    From what I was told in person at our terminals meeting by a high ranking suit was that every terminal received something. The lowest tier was a 2% quarterly payout instead of a flat 2% on the payscale. That is what I heard in person from a high ranking Michigan suit that was at my barn when the raises were issued.

    Yea are 4 dollar a gallon gas is pretty cheap!
