Conway of Joplin MO or RBX of Springfield MO?

I have a friend who has a son, he is now in Federal Prison for the next 18 years because of the Joplin police department. Therefore, I would not recommend anything in Joplin at all. Ever.

Conway is a good company.

 

RBX seems like a great company too, Ive talked to the VP and hes real down to earth. Talked to people who have worked there 3 + years and they were all happy. Someone has an rbx blog on here too if you search it.

I don't know anything about Conway other then their a monster mega carrier and we haul some loads for them. I personally will not work for a large company, ever. The smaller the better. That's just my opinion. We have females working for RBX. I'm not sure how many but I've seen 4 and met 3 of them. One of them has her phone number listed in the drivers packet for new hires incase new drivers ever have a question and want to speak with a driver instead of their Fleet Manager. I called her in my first 30 days, we spoke about running on recap hours. If you have any questions you can post them here in your thread, in my thread or you can send my a message.
