Conway Truckload; A Very Low Paying Job

Stay true to blue? Why? Because they put your name and little blue stars on your truck for each year of driving for them? Because they put driver facing cameras in their trucks? Because they have switched over to automatic transmissions in their trucks? Because they hire people with no experience and pay them about as much as someone working at a typical minimum wage job if you calculate the hours they work in a week? When they where CFI they where a good company but those days are long gone.

 

I'm not sure what happened with OP but I drive my clock out and am always on recaps. I make 1k a week and get treated with more respect than I ever have. I run my own routes fuel where I want and run at the time I want. They don't micromanage at all and equipment is great. No complaints here.

 

Are you a company driver, lease purchase operator, or an owner operator for Conway Truckload?

... It sounds like you're gonna have a lot of job security with these people since no one else can stomach working for them for very long

 

I don't understand why tbh. Maybe I just had good luck with what fleet I got placed in but I've talked to a lot of drivers in terminals and on the road with cb and those guys are happy too.

... Maybe the $ isn't there? or bad equipment issues?
But at least it's working out for some drivers like you said

If I were you I could care less about what others think about Conway truck load as long as you are making it work out for yourself

Let them worry about it, if they are full of dishonest gain, their day is coming sooner than they think
