Why are there a bunch of CRST trailers in our Lancaster yard? Anybody know?

 

Rushed here to unload and reload BUT Conway had another driver pick up my load back to Quebec. For those keeping track that is 6 weekends in a row planners shaft me. They are training new planners apparently so that way we can be an all around training company for both office staff and drivers. The best part I can't get a reset in on the next assigned run and will have 3 hrs on Tuesday and will be a Canada turn truck not eligible to enter Canada w/o a reset or waiting until Wednesday.

 

Taking 10 be break at rest area mm 207 on I40. My load takes me right by the house. So I will stop and have dinner with the wife then continue on my way to Iowa for Mon. 0730 del

 

I belive that happens when a company has too many trailers in one area and no power, so they hire us to move the loads. I saw that in Laredo once with a bunch of Wiley Sanders trailers and that was the explanation given.

 

Hell I was just by the Lancaster yard day before yesterday and there weren't any trailers but ours (and only a few of those). Sitting in San Antonio waiting to load so I can go home.

 

Sitting in Taylor for a 34hr reset.

 

Just south of San Antonio azzhats caused me not to be able to go home tonight, ran my 14 down.

 

Fixen to change from O/O side to Company can anyone give us an idea of what to expect? My husband is the only one that drives, do the trucks do the DEF fuel ??? Thanks

 

Dang, wish I would have known that earlier.....I just passed you up. I am just south of Austin now.......10 minute turn around in Laredo today, makes for a 3300 mile week. Not bad for being in the shop one day.
