Sitting in Moriarty NM right now it is 93 degrees with a heat index of 86 degrees fairly nice chance of scattered showers today even tho there is not a single cloud in the sky. Would be alot better if AC in truck worked, having to high idle it to keep kool

I was in the housewares section on Wal-mart when I seen that egg poacher. Makes em exactly like you described, Whites are cooked through, yoke still running, I like to put em on wheat toast, then pop the yoke, nice and messy.
Or a poached egg between 2 Eggo Waffles.
I also got a deal that simply makes the egg like a on a egg mcmuffin shape
I used to by liquid eggs in the carton, and microwave in a coffee cup.
But now going to see how fresh eggs will do.
Got sliced ham for sandwhiches, and english muffins, so I can make my own egg mcmuffin.

Wal-mart, both in the kitchen section, where all the gadgets are.
They have a little section for microwave products, like the egg things, bacon cookers etc.
Now if they would just make a machine that would cut slice and take the rind of my cantaloupes...

Well, I am in Ft. Worth, Texas at the moment, and going to Laredo, Texas. Just left Clinton, Tennessee on Friday. Have to get repairs done at the International Dealership in Arlington, Texas tomorrow. Deeply grateful I am working for Con-Way Truckload. By far, the best company out there.

Temps went from the triple digits to 75 in a manner of minutes, then the hail came.
Full blown thunderstorm, wind and rain. 30 mph wind gusts rocking the truck
Glad I didn't wander up the road when it started to cool off.
It got the bugs off the windshield.
And as quick as it blew in, see sunshine behind it all

I used to watch the NHRA, but here lately, I have been watching Nascar. Think it was really exciting to see Dale Jr. finally break his streak of not having a win in 143 races. Although, there is nothing like a drag car going down the strip at an excessive high rate of speed.

I watch Nascar too, but only in the first half of season when I can get it on FOX.
I don't watch enough tv to warrant a sat. dish on truck, but can usually plan my trips in order to get somewhere to tune in FOX.
Hate that they split the season up with a cable only network.
And since the XM/Sirius takeover, don't get the NASCAR channel, but can get MNR on my Sprint phone if I wish.
NASCAR is to much P.C. with the stifling of free speech of the drivers and crew.

Can also follow Nascar & NHRA on the Twitter, get almost minute by minute updates
