You'll be able to get all that when you're back up and running dawg, and if you need expense money you can get with operations about getting a comcheck advance for some funds.

Wow I ran almost 1300 miles this week

You'll get 50 or 60 dollars a day starting after the 2nd day, we asked our dispatch about it already we're looking at 4 days and I can almost guarantee we'll be here till Monday.

When you go home, park your tractor at the awesome Con-Way Freight yard over on Tradeport, don't let the muppets in Operations tell you you can't!

There are supposed to have my truck up and running by tomorrow. Then, I will be dispatched out of Lancaster for a load. My wife just called, and when I thought my luck would improve it has gotten much worse. The water pump went out on our SUV, and she was stranded for 4 hours, luckily, she was not a lone, she had family with her. Trying to catch a break. You know what I mean. They always say, "When mama bear isn't happy. No one is happy". It appears I will be digging into my retirement from the military to get it fixed.

2-3 weeks to get a truck??? Seriously????? And you're ok with this? I would be looking elsewhere. Sorry to rain on your parade. Tried the Con-way thing. It didn't work out. Like they say, every company is not for everyone.

Well a major factor with me is them willing to pay me to wait at home. I am not hurting for money at all and I really love spending time with my wife. Con-Way seems like the best fit for me right now.

Hey Devildawg89,,,simple really,,on your hotel ,road repair is your contact on reimbursement(they are the only ones that can do this, you should have had that before you went to hotel,if you havent,Call them after reading this!!!

Now for the bad news,on layover,,they will only pay up to and not more than 9 days(@$60.00 per),minus the first 48(yes that sucks),I havent been following this page for a while so im in the middle of my first :coffee2: and trying to catch up,,

Also, when you truck is finished, dont call fleet mgr,,,send in in layover request after your board(this stops layover),calling your FM will be a waste of time as they will say the same exact thing
Btw what do you drive a Freightliner?

Hope it all works out and this helps
