Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Im out with my finisher now , were doing a reset now. Im having a little trouble with shifting this new International Its very finakey

 

If you can't find em, grind em. It's not.called gear jamming without reason

 

its the down shifting thats giving me trouble . finisher is helping me work the bugs out

 

i thought i was going to pick up trk fri but turns out last occupant of truck decide to turn inside of truck as his own personal trash can. i been driving for 7 years and i never seen anything that vile. So that means i'm stuck here in the hotel till monday hopefully then they will decide on another truck and get me a rental car so I can get my week started. have to say i'm having second thoughts on conway. I mean i understand they have good benifits and stuff. But sending a person out to get a truck that bad off, thats pretty ###### if you ask me.

 

Where was that truck at?

 

Are any of you Con-way or soon to be Con-way folks checking out Croc's site (Conwaydrivers)?

 

I have recovered some pretty nasty trucks over the years, It really sux the way some folks will leave them. There was a truck once that was defecated in, that one had to come back to Joplin on a hook.
I guess thats the way some folks live, were raised, and think they are getting a dig at the company. Usually the only person that gets jacked is the next poor driver.

Croc is a driver at Con-way, runs a little site that is pretty much for ConwayDrivers, but most everybody is welcome I think.
