Today is going well so far Relay showed up on time last night. I arrived at the consignee 1.5 hrs early and to my joy the dock guy was already there waiting WITH FRESH COFFEE MADE. I should be empty and at my next PU before I even was suppose to be here. Finally back pulling from usual customers instead of seemingly I'll fated loads from random customers I don't know. They are cool and all but I'm a fan of free fresh coffee and buttered hard rolls I get from my usual people.... Puts me in a better mood

 

About to leave pee lot in Waco bound for Lake Charles, LA. Second stop in Mansura, LA then hopefully home.

Still during at the pee lot in Waco, hopefully load is ready early tomorrow 2 stopper first in Alice then Edinburgh. May be home for the night Tuesday before I get sent on to Joplin for my trade

 

In Ogden, Utah. Have to get a mud flap on the trailer. Plus, I need a permit for the state of Oregon.

Carlisle, pa taking a nap and PU l8r to run overnite. As always the run isn't the best, wife is hostile, son started a new Montessori school grumpily...BUT dunkin donuts next door that is 24 hrs a day so all is right in my 6X8 world. I LOVE the NORTHEAST!!!!

**UPDATE** Oreo Coolata is heaven, appointment moved later so the dedicated team can get a head start since customer gets annoyed when solo's arrive before Conways "high value dedicated" efficient team, my goal is leave 2 hours later then team as requested and still arrive earlier, they SHOULD NOT be on this dedicated if they can't run efficiently. Did I mention DD's Oreo Coolata is great, everyone should go get one.

 

So we got to customs 8.5 hrs ago...did not clear til almost 6 hrs later ....they kept saying we needed a letter of authorization from Up...to carry there freight ...finally I guess somebody called the right person who had to Email customs to release us....So much for being 5 + hrs early! got a pick up down in Washington going to the crafty mr.Mike...hook N Drop but ready time is not til Tuesday ...just now leaving Vancover... Managed to fInd a free wifi signal
