News to me. Was always told that a mile was a mile and we get paid by the mile.

 

I alway get the local pay...no 10 miles = $3.60 not even enough for lunch at McD's

Sitting in Lake Havasu City, AZ doing a till tomorrow, hoping for a load picking up in Vegas so while I'm there I can get the hubby birth certificate. LOL

 

I did a load just now with 63 miles... Is that local pay? If so how much lol

 

Yup $20 plus miles ...have to make sure who ever (Joplin ,Laredo ect)
Dispatches you puts in for it and u hv to fax the log from your Elog to them...don't sure why u hv to do the last part...

 

So took a four hr nap ...msg from dispatch relay 2.5 hrs late leaving up@ shipper

Call in and it's left Portland 2 hrs late...then driver didn't scale it and got an overweight ticket in Oregon.. Scale at shipper? Yes...did he pass two Cat scales in Troutville ? Yes!!
hoping this is not "yarddart" ...I think im sure he has more sense than this lol
