Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

I'd make them get you out that truck...prostars can't take the team miles ...either that or they are just junk lol....but seriously ...I'd tell them new truck or see ya!

 

Well, Tuesday leaving home worked better then Mondays as others suggested. Sitting in East Earl, PA after trying to deliver to customer w/ 13:00 to 23:59 recv. hours per Joplin, thought it was strange, got there and the guy said "recv hours are 0500 to 1300, does anyone recv from 1PM to Midnight?" I laughed and said they would be the first I heard of but you never know. He told me about the closest t/s (22 mi away) and gave me a meal recommendation that was FANTASTI... Not a bad day so I'll try and deliver around 06:30 tomorrow. Things started off warily well so I'm a wee bit nervous about the rest of the week

 

Would love to but we love Conway, plus we are on the list accordind to Steve S. But road service is saying it is a long list as everyone wants out of their International with all the problems with the Maxxforce engine platform. We have been in the truck for 2.5 months and been in the shop 9 seperate times. 95% have been fuel related. So again we set.

 

I know ...but remember they love teams more than you love Conway...trust me they want your team rolling making them $$$ ...I'd just ask nicely with all the issues your having with the pornstar or maybe the should call it the poopstar?

 

On a side note....going on day 4 ...bunch coolant...issues on freightliner...shop here is small...kinda wish we would of been closer to Vegas ...just for a bigger dealer ...might be done Thursday ...

thanks yarddart....had a good run with out a major breakdown until now...9 months two trks...and freightliner now has 608K ....we keep packing the miles on....think it had 485k or so when Vmaggs and I started teaming in it....just in case y'all couldn't read it...teaming motto....

 

Haha it was hard to read on my cell. Well I earned my pay today. I only got one chance to eat and that was after my 14 ran out. It was a race against time today I tell you what. And to top it off Conway freight held me 1.5 hours past my 14 so I had to use off duty driving to find somewhere to park. Well I am off to bed now, gotta be up at 5 to drive 51 miles in 60 minutes lol. Have fun guys and remember to keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down!

 

Well ....lol you notice eating is not on my list...maybe under Survive A. Eat peanut butter on a pc of bread....gotta do it at times. Yep I ran that 14 out a few times running solo...very difficult as a team unless your partner is sick or you locked them under the bunk lol
