Haven't seen a good week since my first week here. I stayed out 7 weeks, to make up for those 2 bad weeks. What is the purpose in staying out when we cannot get the average per week? It has no merit, nor does it have logic. Then, I suppose I need to switch FM's. Have to think about switching, because this involves me and my family. How long have you been with Conway?

My fleet manager told me that. Calling Conway in the morning. This is completely ludicrous!

You honestly think a company that can't seem to average 95% on time delivery is going to be cutting miles. They can't figure out how to; Buy trucks that run (prostar), buy safe trucks (tag axle), recruit drivers that are actually quality (English speaking, no court cases pending), or get freight where it has to be on time....BUT you think they are smart enough to utilize drivers they have to average 2500 mi.?

I got 2850 last week. Im regional and didn't leave the house till 10:30 AM Tuesday. From what I have seen they are starting to cap miles on guys that want to be part time drivers and not run hard but there were guys w/ a good amount (3000+) as well at the terminal.

It really is a personal preference. Teams run hard and it can be exhausting.

I've been here at Conway for 14 months and this past week I had 3800 miles but this week was only 933 cause I'm home taking a week off. Again it really depends on FM. I also seem to get a lot of loads that have a very tight window time to del. Usually just enough time to fuel and that's about it. I so far
I've never been late on p/u or del. My last 4 loads all had less than an hour before required del time. The last was because interstate was closed down due to a tanker fire. Also I've been blessed with a great fleet mgr.

The wife and I are on our way to meet up with her mother and father to go out to eat, and go to the concert. My sister-in-law is watching our daughter.
