Your FM should be able to advance you more via Comdata card....mine does, whenever I need it. As for making it.....if your FM aint doing their job....its time for a new one. (And I believe now is the time when you can do that/beginning of the month)

Yeah, I'll be honest I've rarely needed a cash advance and when I did I just said wat I wanted and it was done. And as far as regional goes, DON'T DO IT, money is good, miles are mostly good except when region is swamped w/ OTR drivers... I like it but tell everyone in person the money sucks so the #'s stay low for this region deal. Right now it is me and 1 other guy doing NE/Canada for sure rumor is our other guy was fired. But I will say when it's good it is real good but when it is bad WoW is it terrible.

Not sure the issue on getting an advance for stuff on the road, seems if its a weekly thing it may not be a company issue as much as a home budget issue. If all else fails let them know it is for road expenses related to completing your job safely, Leave it at that. Food is a necessity for the job. **BUT** realize most companies that see a guy taking varying large amount advances everyweek will single you out for drug/alcohol testing as DOT/best practices seminars tell owners that is a possible sign of substance abuse issue

Unless things have changed, Florida drivers were not eligable for regional anyways.

Sadly, as bad as those look, they aren't as bad as drivers I have seen from our own company. That is something I WILL report when you look like a slob at a customer.

If they paid for them I would sure where them. I am not buying their over priced shirts to wear. But, I agree some of the peeps that work here need to learn how to dress, especially at a customer.

This is the first time I got an advance. It was just from moving/taking a week off.
