Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Sitting at shipper in Charlotte, NC waiting on a load that was suppose to be ready at 13:30 after beig broke down/ sitting since 16:00 Friday..... Nothing but bad luck to start BUT...... Usually have good week when my week starts bad even though that doesn't make sense it always happens

 

I just learned to tether also so much easier than searching for a certain wi-fi sites

 

Hello all here is how it went with my first week with Con-way Truckload. I'm currently in Laredo. I got over 3600 miles for my first week. Off to a great start. Now just finishing my 34 hour restart and hopefully have another great week. There was just 6 people in our oreintation class. All made it thru. So far am very happy but it's early. I will have to say everyone I talked to is very friendly and helpful. It's like a team atmosphere here which is rare in the trucking buisness. Any questions please ask away. Oh I got a KW T660 it had 97,000 miles when I got it. So far I like it.

 

I have been out 5 weeks and haven't been south of I-70 since coming off home time on run from Orlando to Ontario. I highlighted Friday and my third load since highlighting delivers tomorrow morning near Cincinnati. Somebody cue up Super Tramp!!! ............"Take the Long Way Home"

 

So how's regional work in the northeast?

 

Regional work on the NE is going well, not too bad as far as sitting goes but not an all out scramble all the time. Pay checks are Not bad but I'm wait to see how hurricane is going to slow or speed things up, anyway going to get some breakfast, oh yeah this is the what's your 20 forum soooo I'm sitting in Albany, NY on edge of storm hoping to make beantown by tomorrow AM but depends on how hard they get hit
