Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

This ladies and gents is why you don't use the towel provided by the truck stop....

 

Didn't get my truck washed was 6 trks in front of me had to roll.. just see a stupid con way driver with his legs up in window and he was the driver. That is not safe at all.

 

What truck stop n where is that?

 

Heyy guy's! Whatz the Laredo board looking like / for teams/ Should b there by 2000. Will we take to broker tonite? Will they make us sit on it till Mon? Due tonite. Paul?!? Did u go to Lin's?
NotTheAverage- not picking a fight- but if the driver still could shadow the gas and break pedal with his right foot- he was greatly DECREASING his chances of getting DVT's in his legs. Those blood clots are killers to us truck drivers. SAFE!?! don't know specifics- but a DVT will kill a healthy 20 yr old in a mater of secs. Stepping of soap box now.

I'm solo was 52 within 4 hours had load. They might make u del if 24/7

 

And its not safe cuz it u get in accident ur gonna get seriously hurt.

 

Thanks for the update Pete. And point taken if leg in dash. Just Gona say - c those drivers w/ thick blue legs. They r prob Gona die from pulmonary embolism b4 bad wreck. Just remember to "Calf Pump". It's an exercise we tought our paients to do when stuck in bed or chair. Flex ur toes as far up to ur shins as poss... Then point toes down as far as far as poss. Keeping foot flat whole time. Back off soap box now..... Where did u get a load to?

Hmmm finally seems I've got someone who can answer with some knowledge. Do compression socks help with the above issues?? I'm not overweight but wear them when I'll be driving all day. Also, ankle weights and doing calf pressess while rolling, will that also help?? I know there is little resistance and it isn't like doing them when on a sitting squat press machine but I figure they help with circulation.

The other reason, What is sexier then a guy in shorts with compression socks pulled up to just below his knees.... NOTHING!!!!!

 

Yeah don't get that...i ran a housekeeping dept for a vacation rental comp ...always yelled at my housekeepers for using towels to mop a floor...
On the plus side I always ask for an extra towel at pilot/flying J (put one on the floor ) and I hv alway recv a clean one...couple times had bleach spots but I just put that one on the floor
