Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Prob was u then I parked there all day and my filter was black n after they changed it speed on truck went to 63 it kept going down. I didn't even wanna get up this morning. Where ya headed?

 

Same question hubby has been asking...don't know why the FM do not understand how the HOS works or different types of driving, off duty, sleeper berth etc...shouldn't it be a mandatory thing they learn to keep their job? It just seems that there are a lot of wasted man hours due to really poor planning...how can a company save money, but not utilize the man power that they have to it's full potential? It just gets frustrating. We are very worried because of lack of miles and don't know how to change that when it seems like they are not planning as they should, who do you even talk to. Every time he tries to ask questions, his FM is new to this job, he gets put on hold so the FM can go ask someone else...really? What happened to the days when you had to actually know how to do your job?

Any ideas or help would be great, like who do we talk to try and get more miles...700 mi for this week and its Thursday...400 mi for last wk because of home time, I do understand those weeks will be short, but we are getting a little scared and don't know who to go to for help from the company. Tried the safety and retention number but so far have only gotten voicemail. Sorry if I am in the wrong place but I am new and was just looking for some Conway folks Thanks for listening

 

Honestly its whole company gettin it like this.. teams arnt doing good eather. Miles are down all over... I'm lucky to pass 2200 when I do my trk is mad and don't wanna run lol... U can call safety n talk to them see what's up but into election is over we are all screwed

 

This waitin for em to look at trk road service said it will evently shut it down.

 

Well That is disheartening, I guess we will keep trying to get hold of safety and retention and see if there is any help to be had. Thanks for the reply, stay safe

Had a tire blowout then was told after that got fixed that the truck to get a yearly inspection done, which it did not pass so had to go to International to get that fixed which took all day Tues. then was told they couldn't pay any layover because there was driving done between the inspection and the repairs, what the heck does that have to do with anything...we were still getting required stuff done on a company truck... I don't think it's fair to not get some compensation for doing that kind of stuff, but life ain't fair is it? Ugh

 

Because you don't think positive. You know as well as I do we can make it to tx by Friday afternoon and we almost always get a Preplan. Thinking negatively helped no one over the road ever. Its already hard to be out here without always thinking negative. With that said I think we can pull off 4500 for the week. I don't remember the Hulk being such a Debbie downer in the movies. And you thought#ur boss was bad.
