Heys guys posted this in a thread somwhere else but thought you guys might be able to help...

So i started with a large "starter" company in september, since ive been there 2 dispatchers have been fired or transfered and the training big wig was fired and replaced suddenly. I would really like to stick with a company long term if I can but with all the turnover in the office I cant see my self sticking it out long term with this paticuliar company. So I'm in the process of getting approved to go to orientation with Conway Truckload. All the research ive done here seems to indicate that despite being a "starter" company and a mega carrier they might just be the kind of place that a driver could spend some time at and be happy. So any thoughts opinions on conway and flipping a job so early in my career would be appreciated...
