What would be great, is you post or DM your real name and/or your employee #.Then can prove your back story of being the driver you claim.You somehow expect others to back their claim.Step up.

Ok, Mustang, you first.
I've made no secret in all my posts in the past regarding my experience with Conway. And the fact that I'm telling ANYONE considering a career with these crooks to physically go to any truck stop and personally speak with ANY Conway driver and ask them how they are being treated is "stepping up", as you call it. Kinda funny that all you Conway kissbutts never seem to call me on that one.
And one other item of interest here: Read my posts in the past, if you will, and also read the posts taking exception to what I have been writing about. Notice that they have almost all disappeared with a little time? They're not even on this thread anymore... they're gone! Thats right folks, Conway drivers are getting screwed, are finally growing out of the denial stage, and are realizing that they deserve better and then they move on. They're dropping like flies, kiddies!

 

Everyone that approaches me in a truck stop, gets recruited. Most never get hired because they remind Con-Way of Surfer Joe and Fat Slob...I wonder if those two are really the same guy? They both mispell the same words...coincidence, I think not.

 

Tuscaloosa Pilot tonight with a delivery at 7 am about 5 miles from here. Highlighted for home tonight so will be home for my son's spring break, a little Chemo ####tail, some regular ones, fishing, golf and easter.

After 8 weeks and two students, nasty weather, its time for a break. Hate to hilite this close to Florida but can't wait, gotta get that medicine. Hopefully I can get bounced around the mid west a little before they turn me south.

Double Yellow, I feel your pain on the drop and hooks. Live loads don't bother me at all. I am rarely detained and can always use the time for a nap or a snack.
Keep spare bulbs. They save a ton of time and trouble. Buy the rounds in a 4 pack. About 17 bucks which is reimbursed without an approval from RS also about 7 bucks cheaper than 4 singles. Then, hopefully you only need a shop for Uppers.

 

People have approached me countless times.Funny never once have I given my # for recruiting.Frankly I don't care if anybody hires or not, stays or quits.I've been with this ragtag outfit for well over 20 years.I've been treated well, made many good friends.Never once missed a penny of pay that I had coming.The benefits out weigh the negative for me.I have seen the damage unions have done to Detroit where I was raised, and the jobs they forced out of the country in their greed.I've never been fired from a job.I don't have a agenda.It seems to me that some people spend a lot of energy trying to put others down because of their failures, bitterness, and jealously.Hand, I have nothing to prove to you or anybody else.I would suggest anybody looking for any job talk to as many people as they can.Form their own thoughts.P.S. I was suggesting you step up, with the truth, i suspect there is far more to your fantastical tale than you reveal.You askinh for paycheck stubs, etc is simply rude, but that is the internet.Its easy being so, under a fake name.
