Sitting in Waco a little pissed. There are loads READY at TSC, but they are stacking us up (like it's been for the last month) then bulk dispatching everyone. I called dispatch and was told "we're not dispatching that far out (monday/tuesday TSC deliveries). WTF is happening with this crap recently? Every weekend recently there are 70+ BT trucks sitting for the weekend, at least let the DRIVER decide if he wants to take his 34 here, or if he picks up the load early he might get somewhere he likes a little more.

paul_4lp, double yellow and mustang970 Thank this.

yeah I'll be calling a few times on Monday ....I just couldn't see trying to fight the weekend people who can't even "Approve" when they need to go do a #2 crap...

Prob was worse because my fleet manager went home at like 10am Thursday & called out Friday and he is usally very good at getting things done that seem harder for a normal office employee at Conway TL

Paul the night/weekend people have turned into true charlie foxtrots. I remember when I got started on this account if I called wanting to keep moving they had something for me to grab, which meant I could go sit somewhere more comfortable (out of the kw prison cell....errr... truck) Now we turn the Piolot and J into more of a parking lot than I have ever seen it.

then you've covered your ###, don't expect any GOOD results from night/weekend crew. But still send in your form 27 AS SOON as you load (don't even leave property) it may be a hassle, but you are eligible (I sat for a full weekend that way 1 time).

Make sure you do your store 08, and checked in message.
Do your store 27 when loaded.
Have your fleet manager follow up.
My understanding, they've been billing those back as internal error.

    paul_4lp and Wildblackyonder Thank this.
