Oh yeah, dont want to worry about anybody pulling your pins, when parking, set trailer brakes, pull forward to put tension on pins, then set tractor brakes.

OK City, Flying Va Jay Jay. Deliver in JOPMO in the am then turn my student in for upgrading. Then 3 weeks of solo then home at the end of the month. I was ready for a break in the weather but 109 at Calexico this week....gotta watch what you ask for!

Left NM this morning and had shorts on...now its big boy britches, ski hat, high winds...sure hope summer falls on a weekend this year!

I was hauling a load of leather chew toys from Laredo once. The dogs at the border patrol stop freaked out. The inspection I got was so thorough, the border patrol still sends me valentine cards!

    Lol RR.

It hit 90 yesterday in IL and I used the A/C for the first time this year. Today it is 40 & raining in Joplin. I had to dig out my "winter" blanket I stowed under the bunk the week before...

On day 5 of my highlight after 2+ months on the road & I finally have a load assignment pointing me in the direction of home. Unfortunately, the relay doesn't arrive until Sat morning, & the load doesn't deliver until Wednesday. Even then, I'll still be 200 miles out & on day 11 of my highlight. So much for mother's day...
On the upside, it is 1800 miles hazmat pay.

2100+ miles with a delivery in El Paso tomorrow. Could possibly see my first 3000+ week in a LONG time. BTW I'll give this POS KW for a Peterbilt with studio ANYTIME.
