That sounds like an FM problem. If it doesn't get recorded in ops, no way payroll can make it right. Hope you can get it straight.

After extra stops, and border crossings, you should see messages noting it on qualcomm. If you aren't, the problem is in ops. For the unpaid deadheads, make sure you get a dispatch message. I believe that triggers payroll.

    Good luck.

The border crossing and stop pay is suppose to be automatically paid by "the system". I have noticed that if there is any sort of relay it won't pay out.
Example I had 2 pick ups in Dallas, load delv in Laredo. Laredo or any load into Mexico has a relay for border.
I had to have fm manually enter stop pay.
If you don't get a message, you most likely didn't get paid.
I keep a simple spreadsheet to tracking and balance my pay and reimbursements.

Also the drivers dashboard on the Conway website has your continuity, advance account info. Current pay period info. Paycheck info. Mpg's. Etc

That makes sense, this is a relay and now that you mention it, I think the others may all have been too.

Logs just ruined my 34. Yesterday I used PC to go from delivery in Mound House NV to the TA in Sparks NV. About 1/3 of the way into that trip I was dispatched to a load picking up today in Sparks. I understand that would have been logged drive time if I left after dispatch, but I left before dispatch and literally went to the closest truck stop.

so frustrating, because of that 35min trip to get a shower I have 15 hours instead of 70...

Apparently the qualcomm reports the truck position at the time of dispatch, so even if you don't open the dispatch message until you reach your destination, it still wouldn't let you use PC to go anywhere closer to the load. I would have been fine going 60 miles in the wrong direction to the next closest truck stop (but probably couldn't have reached it within the 1 hour limit anyway).

We're you dispatched or just assigned the load ..??

Ive done the same thing b4 but I'd prob would of waited til I got to the pilot before entering an empty call if a 34 was on the line

planned, assigned, & dispatched... I should have waited to do the empty call, but I wasn't expecting a 34 -- it just worked out that way (or so I thought).

Back at said TA getting 3 new tires. I just wanted to replace a sketchy trailer recap before DOT week, but the tire salesman earned his stripes and got road service approval to replace both 2/32" drives (one drive had more shoulder wear, but not being in a "major groove" was still dot-legal). Of course the diff wouldn't have lasted with 1 new tire and one nearly dead tire so both had to be replaced. Unfortunately it wound up being 3 separate PO's -- each taking about 2 hours for approval & replacement...

The upside? I expect to be able to go an honest 65mph now since the worn tires only went 64mph at an indicated 65...

Have you called them to follow up? That sucks they're just stringing it along...
