Back back back, long before Pilot got its hooks in, another full service fuel stop.
Like the Bosselmans.
Used to be cool.
Tanks topped off, oil checked, windshield cleaned. Tip the kid a couple bucks.
Free coffee while waiting.
Oh, didn't have to log full service fueling either.

Did a D/H in Lewisville,TX then got a crappy load out of Lancaster going to Temple 117 miles away to the HEB DC, load was suppose to be there this morning but dispatch said they had no one to deliver the load, which I don't believe because yard was full and 3 others people delivered to the Rheem place at the same time we did but hopefully Joplin can get us a better load out of Temple, does anyone know is it Lancaster or Joplin that dispatches out of Temple? so far this week were looking at 638 miles

Waited an hour to get through the trailer inspection bay before checking in to board. "Sorry, you can't board, we need you to drop this at the broker (16 unpaid miles away)". Get back an hour later and try to board but I've been selected for a random. Funny how that happened after delivering...
Because the drug test has to be logged on-duty -- that wrecked my 2nd attempt at a qualifying 8/2 break (the first wreck being the unpaid sojourn to the broker). So I get to take a mid-day 10... Yay for me. Hope the load I get makes up for it, but all I'm hearing from dispatch window are random Texas towns (Who names their town "Cut and Shoot?") -
Wow 16 mi? Dam ...your gonna be there til toworrow by the sounds of it anyway ... Go pee @ then lunch lol ...
