I think "you only ask" in a attempt to stir the proverbial pot.
I only come to this conclusion, by reading the theme of your other posts on other threads.

And the wheels, ahhh, they keep on a turnin'.
I've never met ANY Conway Freight ( or any Union LTL driver) want to switch to truckload. Yes, I realize Conway Freight isn't union, but, thanks Double; you are correct that just the very existence of unions are a big influence on the companies that are competing with unionized shops.
Bottom line: Union company (or a company competing with one) = Much better pay, benefits and conditions.
Here's an average salary breakdown for an experienced driver: Conway Truckload= $600.00 a week, (about $32,000 a year) to work up to 100 hrs. a week; and you pay for any of your own benefits from this salary.
Conway Freight= $60,000- $80,000 a year, PLUS benefits.
Talk about a "no brainer".
And all brought to you by the very unions that so many of you have been trained to hate.
And in parting, let me offer my now familiar trademark:
Take any and all information that you read on ALL these posts with caution (yessir, including yours' truly)!
Your best source of information would be to physically speak to REAL drivers in person. Speak to as many as possible. Go to any truck stop (there's one near you) and/or any local terminal of your choice.
"Avoid the Trolls, talk to real souls"! -
Saw one of your relatives on Shark Week Joe...even Jaws spit you out huh. Speaking of talking to real souls, if you had another soul, it would be lonesome. Get out of mommies basement and get a job.
