Laffayette, IN waiting for morning unload, then shoot across the cornfield for a pu heading to Laredo...

Layover pay denied on last load -- sat 50 hours, but that stupid 45mph dispatch speed put the official tally under the 48-hour cutoff :/

Our detention pay got denied too because they said I put the wrong time on the paper which showed us being late, didn't realize that you have to write the time in what ever time zone you are in, I wrote the time that it showed we arrived off the qualcomm, do that every time we have detention, would have got paid for 11 hrs, sucks

    Why?
I'm sure the freight driver is a reliable source and provided you with accurate answers.
I suppose if your genuinely concerned, you could address it with the ceo of the enterprise or one of the presidents of the companies.
This is the what's your 20 thread.
Your questions seem to be more suited for other threads.

I'd run both of those higher up the chain of command.
They can and have made variances regarding layover. Especially when it's a couple hours.
I'd suspect the same could be said with detention. The times are documented with quallcomm. I venture to guess the customer is still getting billed.
I'd contact whomever you fleet managers manager is.

Did my local slave work drop BT to load go back and get drop go back to load
Spot again THEN hook to load and finally get paid after I take off.

    That's 7 locals in 2 weeks
.....think my dispatcher is screwin with me since I vitch about it all the time lol

Can't complain about the past 2 weeks miles though but man are the days so long with the extra crap to deal with.

Trip detail looks rediculous so many lines.
But like I said awhile back here's to the money making months!

So....my new truck has a fuel leak. This is getting ridiculous. This is going in almost 3 weeks of crap that I don't need. Break down pay is ridiculous bills are going unpaid at home. I don't need this. Contemplating a ride on the grey dog but that wouldn't do me any good either. I'm really stressed right now.

I hear you there, when my hubby first switched over to Company we went thru 5 trucks in 3 mths, 2 trucks in just a week, ours broke down in Texas they rented us a car and drove to Lancaster to pick up new truck, then got a load to Tulsa,OK. As soon as we dropped the load and drove 15 miles up the road the engine blew up, had to get towed to Joplin. So far so good in this truck, AC acts up every now and then but over all it's good
