Broke down in Jax thanks to the DEF system blowing up under the driver underside. GRR I just got out of the shop at least 3 weeks ago. ETA on getting back on the road 2-5 days.

Speaking of breakdown day... I spent the better part of an hour diagnosing & replacing a faulty trailer light pigtail. Should have just gone to Petro, but I'd hoped to save time.

On the upside, this trailer has disc brakes. Impressive performance even with 44k in the box. Don't heed those who say trailer brakes don't really make a difference

It is an older one -- 31709. Sadly it is destined for Mexico

Has anyone pulled one with a trailer-tail yet? I've seen two & hear we have 100...

Snapped this earlier. Usually take the bypass, but it was fubar with construction

I have pulled one with a Trailer Tail and it allright. Notice a difference on my empty MPG when I had one from Nogales to El Paso.

Can you see the tail when you're setting up for a 45? I'm a little afraid I'll forget its there at the end of a long day & back it into the butt of another trailer...

double yellow what I do is before I back it into a spot I closed the wings. You can some what see it but when I am not sure about it I just closed it up. If I remember right some states see it as a over length trailer when they are deployed.

double yellow and paul_4lp Thank this.
