    RAIN rain. ugh.
Plan was to jet up to Lancaster.
Had car and room reserved for yesterday.
NHRA Drag Racing in Ennis @ Motorplex.
Was going to watch Sportsman racing Thurs, and 1st 2 rounds of Pro qualifying today.
Had Pro Bikes and Jet cars too.
Screaming Eagle Harleys were going ot be spoilers
Although would be interesting to see 10,000hp Nitro cars trying to run in the rain, just wasn't meant to be.
    So onward I truck.
Maybe St Louis next week, or better yet, Vegas week after.

Petro in Jackson, Miss. Pouring, should have splurged and purchased the pants portion of the rain-suit too. Top of me stayed dry but the water ran off of my jacket right on to my britches...wonder why no one would sit next to me at the liars counter in the Skillet?

Got 2.5 days on a load going to Conroe, TX, 735 miles. Another stellar weekend trip, but at least I finally got about 2700 for the week and they couldn't send me too far since I am highlighted for FLA. Guess it is the best I could hope for.

Now, if I play my cards right, and don't start my break tomorrow too soon, it should qualify for a 34 so that there are no hour issues while heading home. Of all the bone headed rules, you can't have your 34's too close together or they don't count. Guess the gov figures we if aren't tired enough that taking about 50 hours off will cause more accidents....geesh.

You don't need no stinkin toilet paper express, you will have a whole trailer full out of Fernandina! I think the wife and dog should both have CDL's...no free loading!

At the j in edmond ok. Cheap fuel for you contractors fyi. Ran down 760 miles yesterday on a 863 mile run. Dropping down to Ardmore OK to unload and pick up to detroit. Hoping that the next load is a drp/hk so I can just drop this one and go. If so I can get into detroit 36 hours early and steal some time with the family.

Ardmore to Chrysler in Detroit is a drop, but only a hour prior to appt date/time. JIT
You'll be lucky if it's ready on time.
Good run, but usually too much time on it.

Beau Bridges, LA at the peelot. (that's exit 109 on I 10 for you newbies and people that hang out in California and Canada) Decided not to sweat the restart since my recap looks good enough to get me home.

Plus, never got too excited about crawdads until I tried them at the City Buffet next door. (Walk thru the Walmart lot to the strip center across the side street.) Sushi ain't bad there either! Maybe the rain will stop and I will have an easy couple hundred tomorrow to finish this trip...can't rush these things!

Sitting in Rayville,LA hauling some beer to Smyrna,GA for Monday delivery, picked up in Ft Worth,TX at the Miller yard, after waiting 6 hrs, then it took them an hr to load us but they forgot to tell us we were down and turn off red light for 2 hrs, they had already assigned the door to someone else, should see some dentition out of that. Well folks time to roll, be safe and have a great weekend what's left of it LOL
