Yeah ...small 7-11 fuel stop had 12 spots all full....

i double park next to a pumpkin trk across the street by the smaller 7-11 (northside) where there was no "no parking sign" ... Headed to deliver down the road ...

 

I have a question.
Let's say I work or worked for a company for 16 years. Then quit, or was let go. Worked for another company for 5 years, then came back to original company to work for last 2 years.
How long have I worked for original company?

 

My morning so far ....

arrived 0930am
checkin at recv window 945am

lady at window : What time is your appointment ?
me: 10am
lady at window : No it's not...what time is your appointment ??
me: dispatch said 10am ...
lady at window : call them cause I need to what time your appointment is!!
me: ok sure ....( whatever lol)

call dispatcher (FM dumb butt) ,..oh CRS will need to call customer & we will get back to you ASAP ( meaning 5-8 hrs I guess ....

Still no unloading ....well the lady told me I had to leave the property ...snotty #####in

Atleast I got my detention msg .... More worried about getting to my Richmond pre plan

I was a bit irritated early.
I seen a ad in paper with picture and story of a 18 O/O veteran of CWTL and a 1 year veteran O/O and how everything is sunshine and roses.
It bugged me that the 18 year guy, employment isn't consecutive. He went to a competitor and came back after competitor up and closed their doors one day.
So I suppose technically 18 years is correct...
Truth in advertising.
I guess I was raised with a different thought process.
