Anyone ever use the "Reject" reset button on your HOS status
after you do a reset ???

going to try to delete my reset at home so I can get one in today
gaining 22 hrs , might need to call logs since I already approved it

I use it. Like I just came off three days' hopetime and had the reset, but I rejected it because the 4 days I'd be recapping were all 11-12 hour days so a reset wouldn't do me any good (and would in fact limit my ability to take a reset in 5 days if I got loads allowing me to run hard).

 

No Idling here .... Been in TA service since noon for two new drives & one steer tire

I've rejected a couple. Mainly if I was in situation of being stuck for 34 with plans later in the week being off. Rather come out of the gate fresh.
In typical fashion, I don't think there's ever been mention or training on how or when to reject. But then there are many that can't run a recap.
Makes me proud of the thinking group
