I saw the safety report...didn't see anything in it that he has an accident on his record...let's not jump to conclusions.

I am more concerned with the one that rear ended someone...that driver lost control of the only space around the truck that he has any control over...I am pretty sure the two accidents are treated differently in this outfit.
