Michaels in Falls Church, VA (DC suburb). I sent in a freeform saying I didn't thing we ought to be going there, but I know I'm not the first (at least two drivers added notes to the stop location information -- one mentioning blowing tires in that Z-curve with the 10" high sharp curb). It is obviously possible, but its probably not sound managerial practice to rely on perfection from your employees...
It is actually in Heber, CA. I-8 to CA111 south. Turn left in 3 miles to E Heber rd (will be a stop light with protected left turn lane). It'll be just shy of a block on the right (just before & across the street from the AM/PM Arco). It is a multi-company drop yard so you may not see con-way trailers from the street. When outbound...there is a cat scale at a small mom/pop truck stop about 1/2 mile north of I8 on CA111. They have showers and laundry, but it isn't the cleanest place...
The qualcomm Navigo will take you right there if you use the dispatch feature. As long as you use Heber, CA any truck gps should be fine. But that same address in Calexico is in a residential area...
Avoid the temptation to shave miles by cutting between I10 & I8 on CA-78. 78 is legal for STAA trucks except for a ~3 mile section by Ripley and CHP loves to give out tickets for exceeding the 65' length limit there. (CHP has a large regional office in nearby Blythe and, being in the middle of nowhere, it is staffed primarily with no-seniority rookies fresh from the Academy who are bored and looking to write tickets)

Use AZ-85 for the cut between 10 and 8. Also have a dust mask when are you there.

Relay driver finally arrives. It is dusk so I can see the ABS light from a block away... "Has that been on the whole time?" I ask. "Yeah its one of those trailers..." Sensors are all plugged in, no obvious breaks in wiring -- definitely a problem above my paygrade...

FMCSA trivia of the day (discovered while researching the legality -or lack thereof- of driving with ABS light on)... Did you know the trailer ABS light must be labeled "ABS" (or have "ABS" painted on the trailer within 6" of the light)?
Sad, but true... 49 cfr 271.121 S5.2.3.3
