Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Oh my lord Conway Tractor shop is really pushing it, came thru Joplin, had to go to the tractor shop for check engine light and we were smoking alil while going down the road, checked into the shop about 2pm was told they would have us out by Midnight so they took the Chicago load off us and gave us a Waverly,NE load because it could be delivered anytime today, so we sat in the quiet room till abt 11:30, husband calls Tractor Shop no answer trys again and no answer so he walks up there and finds that the truck has ALOT of recall parts and it always needs an overhead,carrier bearing changed and it needs to go to International, it also has been sitting out there since abt 4pm. Also had gone and got us a room but no one bothered to inform us, so by the time we got our stuff, called a taxi and got to the hotel it was 3am. Now hubby has been on hold for 45 mins waiting to find out whats going on with the truck. They really need to get some more people up there. Ok sorry venting is over, hope everyone is being safe and have a great weekend !!

 

Defiantly should call Wes Smith Director of Maint. or Randy Connell V.P. of Maint.

My Calexico load was the same way (broker apt not drop). Set cruise at 49, turned off CB, and got 9.8mpg grossing 75k. Looking forward to winning that blender

 

Well been sitting here all day waiting to hear something never did, so after trying several times today to get a hold of the shop finally did and come to find out someone dropped the ball and never took the truck over to International, the guy we talked to said at first no your truck is here ready to go, we ask him so International got everything fixed? and he tells us "Umm I have no clue, was it suppose to go over there". Does anyone up there put notes on trucks anymore ???
