Levittown PA...... ran 14 out .... opted out of Canada..... tired of getting 2 1/2 days to deliver a 700 mi load , hassle with toll bridges, faxes, & custom fees....

O who am I kidding ... 4 hr on 14 and 2.5 on drive is out of hours in their book.

 

I wish 2 hours drive was out of hours in their book, I usually get screwed and get the dispatch then have to sit at the shipper.
Made it to Anaheim. Hate the LA area. I'd go to Canada 1000 times to avoid NY and LA. Good thing I got to 1st stop at 0500... We'll see how the rest of the day goes.

 

Tried to get a load they DH me 123 miles went 30 with this tag axle KW empty East on 80 lost speed and traction empty climbing a Iowa Hill. Got to a truck stop couldn't back in without spinning. Dumped the tag and everything just almost impossible to do anything with this truck unless the weather is perfect.

 

Family vacationing in Kansas City sent this to me. Apparently they've been cutting to this poor fellow throughout their broadcast... Throw some iron and get out from under that newscopter man!

At least you're rolling. 463 miles for the week trying to work just can't get anywhere with the Trk about Jack knifing. Need a load bad in this trlr to hold to the road.

 

I would honestly skip a weeks pay and deal with snow all week to avoid LA. Its not nice huge LA warehouses that I ever get, its places where I have to back in off the street into a parking lot with cars on both sides to hit a dock with cars parked along one side of it. At least In Canada there are warehouses are made for trucks.
