Just over a year
Herb retired Sept 2012. Saul replaced him.
We were bought out in 2007. So coming up on that 7 year mark.

That seems so strange. Just a couple days ago on the investor conference call, Saul was introduced as the executive vp of Con-Way inc & truckload's president and was answering questions about truckload's future. Now he's relegated to a truckload-only staff role? And replaced by someone from Menlo with a fairly modest background? Seems like a hasty arrangement.

If it was an illness they'd usually say. If it was lack of confidence, they probably wouldn't replace the head of the one division meeting/beating estimates with someone from a division that has been missing esitmates. Scandal? But if so why keep him on?
