Boot camp complete. We lost one due to hair folical test.

Heard Happy House had good chow. It's a cab ride but I'll split it with one of the guys.

Need to do laundry... Only one set of machines here at boonslick. I'd wait till I got back to Joplin but then my finisher would be there Monday and I'd start the trip with a bag full of dirty cloths... I'll knock it out Sunday.

Been on a warpath with corporates.... even scared the truck into working

Nice big cloud of smoke blocking left lane before that came on. No derate soooooo......power outta it avg 64 mph today in daytime.

Ends 3800 mi week.

Still bummed out I didn't win Laredo bingo.
Seemed to win the lottery 3 dudes were going to San Antonio & Waco.

Got a hos the other day.... been over a month ....record. got 17 in one month before whats everyone else's record ?

 

Heard Laredo was short 65 trucks yesterday and had 220 loads sitting on the yard another 100+ crossing, talk to a regional driver and all he has done since Sunday was Laredo to Dallas back down to Laredo, out of Laredo he got a load going to Byhalia,MS. Crazy never seen that many loads down there, seems like they're always short

 

I always try to sweet talk them to give me that live load to Northern California. Didn't work this time. Will be in Joplin tonight. Hopefully shop can figure out what wrong with truck.

 

They've got tons of loads but they're taking their sweet time doling them out. Guess they don't want to overwhelm rafeal at the window, but it sucks getting assigned a load (one that arrived yesterday) 6 hours after boarding. Could have staged near appointment and boarded after delivery tomorrow with near full hours, but no, lets stretch this Dallas run into a two day affair.


I vote we get NE pay for i35 miles in Texas. Thought I could avoid traffic driving late on a sat night... nope, 6-mile backup while txdot ##### around with a never ending construction project.

Well my whole exhaust system is loose. Gonna have to take it all apart. Hopefully it's not broke or they gonna have to bring it to KW.
