Conway Truckload or Gordon

I have received an orientation date for Conway....one week following graduation..

I have been "pre hired" by Gordon...recruiter will be contacting me soon for the orientation date.

Conway pays mileage during training (26 cents)..have to do 7000 miles with trainer... orientation is 7 days long in Joplin, MO. Then after I get truck (fingers crossed) pay goes up to 32 cents.

Gordon...one day orientation...then off with trainer (3-6 weeks) for like $400 a week..then after that a 2 day orientation...then get own truck then pay is about the same as Conway.

Question...Which one? Thoughts...opinions?

I havent seen too many negative posts on either...but of course someone will always have something negative to say....

I am pretty easy going. I can accept a lot more BS than most people (ex military)..I am the type of guy who does his job, it might suck, but I do it anyway...
