Conway, is about 10 steps above Schugel.... If you have Conway's interest... don't even bother talking to Schugel unless Conway doesn't hire you for some reason.

What about the other 100 companies that will hire you ? You aren't limited to the ones the school recommends.

What companies? JR Schugel is 10 steps above the likes of, Swift, Werner, Schneider, Prime, England etc etc etc.... ONLY go to these as a absolute last resort.

I don't know anything about JR schugel, but I'm content at con-way and honestly don't believe there is a better all-around OTR company. If/when I leave, it'll be to go o/o or private fleet like Walmart...

Dry freight has busy seasons and slow seasons. We're coming into winter now and dry freight slows down quite a bit in the winter. Reefer is steady all year round and you can also haul dry freight if needed, which makes you available for more loads, which makes it easier for you to get a load. With a dry box you can only haul dry freight.

Besides, if you looked up the term anal retentive, you'd see a picture of the Conway logo, among other things.
