The only meat I get is canned, as I'm not actually cooking in the truck. I do buy their private label olive oil.

I do like to get to a Price Chopper, HyVee, Whole Foods, etc. when possible, but Walmart is usually the most accessible place to shop. As you noted they do have good produce.

The private label olive oil I am sure is fine. Its things kike ice cream sandwiches which will not melt in the sun and the unnatural redness of their meat that scares the hell oj tmof me. They have admitted to treating theri beef with carbon dioxide ans other chemicals to prolong shelflife and maintain that red color

Yeah, since getting back into trucking last year I lost a lot of weight by eliminating almost all refined sugar and almost all meat from my diet, replacing the bulk of what I eat with fresh, raw produce. After passing so many huge, stinking feedlots I've kind of lost my appetite for red meat. Big, stinking bacteria breeding grounds.

If I do eat meat anymore I get it at a specialty butcher shop that only does organic, free range meat that's slaughtered on site with mobile slaughterhouses. Much cleaner, chemical free, and much more humane.

Walmart usually but the other day I rode my bicycle to the grocery store, then the beer store then I cooked up the steak and drank the beer.

I was lucky to find a Meijer's today. Great produce section!

Now I'm going to experiment with rehydrating some morel mushrooms.

I was wondering if anyone had mounted a electic smoker to the catwalk? letting it smoke all day while your driving I have been thinking about doing it and smokin up some ribs, brisket, chicken or pork butt for pulled pork.

Doesn't everyone have to take a 10 hour break every 14 hours? Why not do it then? You poop right? I would think to just grab a shower that way you can accomplish the three S's (####e, Shower, Shave) all at once, no?
