Me myself I used this rule.
Microwave = 700 watts
Refer = 100 watts (max)
skillet = 600 watts
other = 200 watts (computers, phone chargers etc)
Total 1600
1600x1.5 = 2400 watts
So I got a 2500 watt invertor
Will you be using everything at one time, most likely not. But if you need it you have it...

The new truck we got today, I had the shop boss have the mechanic pull the side panels and look at the batteries to make sure the fuse was there. I told him if there wasn't I'd take the one off of the W9 and put it in.(I took the one off of the W9 anyway, I spent $45 for it.) -
I bought a lunch box cooker, it came in today. I also bought the cookbook also. I cant wait to try it out. Might have to do a test run.

Hmm, you dont know how to eat in a truck? Buy a burton stove to go and any checkout counter casserole/crockpot book and eat like a king...think of it as a mini crockpot, just use oven cooking bags to make the cleanup easier, since you dont have a sink in the truck. pot roast, pork loin, beans, the only thing i never could figure out how to cook in my burton stove was pasta, but i know there has to be a way...
