Cooking on a truck

I'm interested in this topic. Crockpot is on my horizon. Maybe the George Forman grill.

 

Baby george forman grill! A crock pot and hot plate! You can wash everything in the truck stop! A couple wash clothes and two hand towels good to go!

 

I have both. ####pot cooking bags are great. When your done just throw the bag away. Just need to clean the lid.
I found a mini hot sandwich maker (same as a forman grill) will do 2 burgers or 1 chicken breast.

Also have a mico, fridge with a freezer.. so walmart once a week and I have healthy food all week

 

Yum. Making me hungry. Sick of jacklinks jerky pretending to be my dinner tonight. While you guys are making grilled chicken and pot roast!

 

tomorrow night my freezer will be loaded up.

 

Make a killer lasgna! I eat well in my truck! Forget Walmart go to a grocerystore better cut of meats! Tommorow night grilling flounder and baked potato with apple pie for desert all made in yruck while driving ! Except grill the fish when parked!

 

Use a bag for the pot roast! So much you can do and for so much less! Spend less than a 100 a week on groceries never est in a truck stop! And eat like a king!

 

Seriously that will kill you!
