Three months otr does not make you anywhere near experienced as a driver who has two years otr experience regardless of what you were told. You've been provided good advice here (stay with a company for at least a year or two) and bad advice by trainers (you drive as good as someone with two years experience). Take the good advice.

44 years trucking four carriers and two of them were sold, an i moved on. job jumping is not a very good idea. in the old days it was a lot harder to track your work history. you could quit your job in the morning and b going out in the afternoon for a new company. even if it was a bad company it still looks bad on your part lots of luck

Lets pretend I'm the safety guy at a truck company and I'm looking at your app. So, you have 3 months OTR with 2 companies which means no winter driving experience, right ? Why did you leave these 2 companies ? And why should I allow you to drive off this lot solo ? 3 months = approximately 30k trucking. Get 300 k driving and come back and see me.

this is really bad. first you move two times in 3 months and now your looking for a way to not pay your dues and get started right and to top it off you put this out on a PUBLIC forum where employers look all of the time to see what their prospective employees are saying ! yeah you need to work for someone I don't think its driving a truck though! job hopping is suicide for your resume.

3 months for 2 companies is barely time to complete training with each company, much less go solo.
I'm wondering, did you flunk out of training with both those companies?

wish some of the training over here in the uk was as good as you lot get, we get heres your truck ,heres your keys, fuels over there, your paper works in the office ring when your done.
which can lead to someone fresh from the class 1 test with £100k worth of gear weighing in at 44ton, thinking they rule the road
