Coolant leak from atop transmission?

    Yep the little plastic coolant fitting at the back of the block broke. Dealer currently has a tech doing a headstand between my firewall and block trying to get the remains of the fitting out.

    I remember when trucks were made out of real metal and had doghouses so you could get to the back of the motor.

    So sorry for late reply got distracted. Turns out i was right. The fitting on the back of the block blew and took a couple other lines with it. Took it to emporia KW and they got it fixed up after about a day and a half. $1300 plus $750 for a tow but at least it was a minor thing.

    The fact they found more wreck related damage to the tune of $7500.....less so lol....
