I just heard the same. Looks like we were the end target in mind. China’s recovering, Russia’s barely affected. We’re behind the curve, against the wall. Next week or two will not be pretty. All the tough talk and such, doesn’t work when a respirator is needed.

Well, the good news is, Rates are down, though mortgage markets are somewhat frozen right now, you will get a lot more for your money, Housings going down, fior a while anyways. Buyers market. You’re Lucky you didn’t buy at the top of the market, and be stuck losing equity, being upside down for however long it takes to recover. Anytime you’re upside down on a house or Vehicle, you risk losing it, for a number of unforeseen reasons. It may sound wrongl, but I honestly think you’re much better off in the situation you’re in, you’ve got more negotiating buying power. Good spot to be in, compared to others, who bought recently. Prices will go down, simply because the first thing people do is postpone major purchases. Cars same thing. New car deals will be better than ever, more used cars, in an already flooded market, all available at lower prices.

Here’s why China is “recovering” they refuse to test or treat anyone as to not to report any new cases.

There’s so much mis information out there. We’ll never know the truth, even if the Government does. It’s obvious who will benefit from all this.A million different explanations will keep the truth in the dark. It’s more than just an accidental infection. More like bio terrorism. Meanwhile the evil plot unfolds, while We pay the price.

I interviewed to be a dispatcher once. I told that story a couple of times. But anyway long story short, a office full of snowflakes who have not been raised proper yet are tender as teenage girls when it comes to several necessary questions demanded of late drivers.

    Where you at?

    Why you late?

    How are you fix this?

    What are you doing?

    WHY the hell not?

When are you going to be there?

Depending on answers I'll round up a top hand or team and have them race to intercept that late driver's trailer and run it in while making profuse apologies to the angry reciever. Spend some money keeping them open past their bed time too. Settle up with operations and owners later when its all over and decide what to do with Mr Late and that will be decided by Operations and Owner when they talk to same.

And people say I don't know how to dispatch. BS.

And for all that, I managed to scare some of he people in that little office. The interviewer loved me but told me I am a museum piece from another time. Not necessarily a peaceful fit for the entire office.

I told him all they need to do is buy or build a soundproof large enough to hold my desk and all inside of it. Particularly the telephone and computer. So I can roar if I need to and no one in the outer office hears anything. Problem solved.

    Not quite.

    Interesting how that works.
