I don't understand your issue? Air not hot enough or not blowing cold

    spsauerland and magoo68 Thank this.

Had a Western Star. Found the temperature control cable was mounted too far up on the lever for the valve. Caused the temperature valve to only open partially.
I mounted the cable in a hole closer to the valve stem, giving it more travel. lots of heat after that.

    AModelCat and simpletruckerr Thank this.

Is there a valve to shut the heater core off? Has been on several trucks I've driven....
Love for a water spigot like valve and open it up...

    simpletruckerr Thanks this.

Assume engine water temp is running warm enough as well. I like the other guys theory of water temp control valve not opening fully. But hard to believe 3 shops couldn't figure it out

    simpletruckerr Thanks this.

Should i take the truck to Freightliner dealer? Cause all other mechanics rejecting to look at this problem, saying too much time. Or can i do it myself? Would be really good if someone explains where is what? So i could look it up by myself. (Btw i am not that profi, i m new with this glider)

Gotta be a blend door or a blend valve of some sort.
