Coronavirus triggered massive truck shortage east coast

Its weird man, people bought out toilet paper, bleach, paper towels, but i went to the soap aisle in Walmart yesterday, and ain't nobody buying any Dial or any type of soap to bathe or to wash their hands and face, so there may be a level of misguided stupidity

 

Rumors around that a dollar general trailer was broken into at a truck stop for supplies.......looking for links now :-/

That's the $4 and $5/mile loads all the van drivers are hoping to get? What about 10 hours to get loaded after sitting in line all night? LMFAO

I think I rather haul gasoline tanker than put up with that...

 

Well DAT still looks like a bunch of cheap garbage, just more of it, to me. Any increase is probably being absorbed by the broker barricade.

Meanwhile the company driver will just have to sit longer to load/unload.

 

Lumber tarps will work on pallets of TP too... just a thought
