Never been there, looks like I'll be in that area Sunday-Tuesday. Anyone have any experiences with any truckstops there as far as overnight stays? Thanks.

There are a couple of truck stops on the north side of town. I don't recall any of them being one of the major chains.

Yup, I just looked on the map. Only saw a Love's further south in Kingsville as far as the big guys go. -
Not much between Victoria and Corpus.
Few fuel stops and a rest area and a few small towns that you might get a truck into, but not much. -
Hmmmm. Well maybe my company will be paying for a motel, they said they would if I couldn't find a normal truckstop with all the amenities. New territory for me, I used to travel the I-20, 10 and 40 corridors but never south of that. We shall see. -
There's an old truck stop in Corpus on Navigation Blvd but I've never been there. Check out Robstown, though. Just south of the 77/37 split on 77. It's only a few miles from Corpus and there used to be a nice little fuel stop on the northbound side of 77. It's been a long time and I can't remember the exact location, but there's a few truck dealerships in that same area.

There used to be a Corpus Christi Truck Stop. I don't know if it is still in business. They had a restaurant and holes in the parking lot so big you could lose your truck.
